Opportunity Seeking and Initiative, Risk Taking, Demand for Efficiency and Quality, Persistence, Commitment to the Work Contract, Information Seeking, Goal Setting, Systematic Planning and Monitoring, Persuasion and Networking, and Independence and Self-confidence. These similar characteristics can help us succeed in life because being independent and self-confident can help us gain courage into doing something alone because we trust our skills, being information-seeking can give us knowledge of the things we need to know in order to finish something, goal setting can make us focus in something that we want or need to do, and systematic planning and monitoring can make us follow our initial plans and make our work into something that we want it to turn out.
2. Explain how having the Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies can help you become a successful entrepreneur.
Having the PEC's can make me disciplined and be dependent , hard-working, trust my skills, finish a thing nicely and on time, be creative and original.
